20 Steps

Pressed for time?  Embarassed that you're going it alone?  Not in control, just finding ways to work around it?  I've been there, I've done that; I still am there, and I still am doing that.  This is what has worked and is still working for me.  Hopefully it will work for you, too.

Weight loss.  It's an obsession that has gripped the entire United States.  To be honest, it finally got to me.  Here's the catch: there was only so much i could control.  I still live with my parents.  In fact, I'm still in high school!
So, I didn't control what was for dinner.  School lunches are what I had to work around.  And there was no way I was getting up even earlier to make a special breakfast.  I was involved in a lot of school activities, and was usually at school from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.  When I got home, I still had all my home work 2 do.  I usually was in bed at 9:30 - 10.
Guess what?  Over a year and a half, I worked around those things and lost 20 lbs.  A year and a half isn't usually what people think of when they say "I want to lose weight." But it is a lot simpler than you would think, and I'm here to share how and why.

20 Steps.  That's all it takes.  The weight might not fly off, but when you're a person pressed for time, it's close enough!  I've already lost 20 lbs., and so can you!

Anything I write is from experience.  If I say something that someone else has copyrighted, it is probably because I read an article and made a note, but then didn't take the time to see if it was copyrighted.  Almost nothing of these 20 Steps is completely mine.  I read scientific and weight loss articles to search for simple things that really would work.  I use my 20 Steps and  I write anything else I might find.  Sorry if I used someone else's 'thing'.  Thank you.
