Weight loss. It's an obsession that has gripped the entire
United States. To be honest, it finally got to me. Here's the catch: there was only so much i could control.
I still live with my parents. In fact, I'm still in high school!
So, I didn't control what was for dinner. School lunches are what I had to work around.
And there was no way I was getting up even earlier to make a special breakfast. I was involved in a lot of school activities,
and was usually at school from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. When I got home, I still had all my home work 2 do. I usually
was in bed at 9:30 - 10.
Guess what? Over a year and a half, I worked around those things and lost 20 lbs.
A year and a half isn't usually what people think of when they say "I want to lose weight." But it is a lot simpler than you
would think, and I'm here to share how and why.
